Register for the free Moving Planet OK action-art-festival
What are we doing?
Cycling, walking, skating, dancing to Oklahoma City Hall to create art for health and sustainability! Come participate in a fun day celebrating the positive efforts of our community partners and promoting the progress we want to see in our great state - progress towards a top-10 state in health and sustainability.
Why?The Action - We'll meet at the Womb Gallery and travel to Oklahoma City Hall together.
The Art - We'll assemble a piece of art symbolizing healthy bodies and a healthy planet.
The Festival - We'll continue on to the festival for cycling workshops, food, beer and music. We'll also auction off our collectively-created art piece to benefit Closer to Earth, a program empowering youth through urban organic gardening.
Where?
We'll travel round-trip from the Womb Gallery, located at 25 NW 9th St, to City Hall, and return to the Womb to continue with a festival, after-party, and art auction. The trip is two miles, with a stop to create art at City Hall after one mile.
See a map of the route here.
